- If car breaks down - turn on flashes, raise hood, lock doors, wait for help - ask to
phone for help but don't open door
- Park in well lit areas

III. Shopping
- Don't wear expensive jewelry
- Keep purse, wallet, money in possession at all times, especially when trying on
clothes
- Put packages in trunk - use package pick-up
- Have key ready

IV. Carrying Money
- Don't flash cash
- Women use zip purse/shoulder style
- Men carry two wallets (one with false I.D., etc.) give fake wallet during robbery

- If you live alone, put initials or "Jones Family," etc. on your mailbox - not single
